2. Eligibility for Refunds

• Project Cancellation by Client: If you wish to cancel a project, you must notify us as soon as possible. Refund eligibility will depend on the project phase and work completed.
• Refund on Initial Deposits: In most cases, initial deposits or setup fees are non-refundable, as they cover preliminary project expenses, planning, and resource allocation.
• Work in Progress: If work has begun on a project, refunds will be prorated based on the time and resources invested up to the cancellation date.

3. Non-Refundable Services

• Completed Projects: No refunds will be issued once a project has been completed, delivered, and approved by the client.
• Digital Deliverables: Any digital assets or deliverables, including completed designs, code, or software, are non-refundable once delivered.
• Additional Services: Payments for additional services, including consultations, add-ons, and third-party software or licenses, are non-refundable.

4. Exceptions

In rare cases, we may issue refunds if:

• We cannot fulfill the project due to internal factors or unavoidable circumstances.
• The project remains uncompleted beyond a reasonable timeframe due to factors on our end.

5. Requesting a Refund

6. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. Any applicable transaction fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
